Emerald Dreams: Come and share in our vision - that is for you to come and enjoy a treatment with us at Neath Leisure Centre.  We pride ourselves on being a welcoming and friendly salon, with staff who are always happy to help you and share information with you regarding your health and wellbeing.  We offer a full organic skincare range and are constantly looking to improve our salon, for your benefit.

Emerald Dreams: Satisfaction Guaranteed - Our aim is simple, to ensure ever client is 100% happy with the service and treatment you receive during your time with us.  If you are not 100% happy we invite you to fill in a "not a happy-chappy form" and we will re-do your treatment or give you your money back - it's your choice.

Emerald Dreams: Our Products - can be used both in the salon and at home.  We use Essentially Yours, SkinTruth, Jane Iredale Makeup, Orly and Star Nailcare.  Look out for monthly specials, gift with purchase and samples.

Emerald Dreams: Helping You - to receive the absolute most from your treatment we ask that

- 24 hours notice is given for cancellation of an appointment (otherwise a late cancellation fee of 50% of the original service charge will be charged, non-arrival without notification will be charged at 100%)

- that you try and come a few minutes early for your appointment to enjoy a drink of your choice, relax and "set the mood" to get the maximum benefits

Additionally we will:

- reduce your cost by 50% if we need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice (due to staff illness etc.)

Parental/Guardian consent required for any person requiring treatment under the age of 16
