Pregnant & Petrified Workshop

using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)

Learn a powerful technique to use in labour (partners can use this on or for you)
Release fears of pregnancy and motherhood, in a safe environment

EFT or Emotional Freedom Techniques is a highly effective tool for releasing emotional charge and belief systems. Despite its extreme simplicity, it can cause unpleasant feelings and emotions to vanish. Once learnt, as you will do in the workshop, you can use this as an invaluable aid throughout pregnancy, childbirth and beyond. The system is an emotional form of acupuncture except that you don't use needles.

You will learn a powerful tool that you can use yourself whenever you feel the need. It can even be used during labour with a partner doing it for or with you.

During the workshop, you will get the opportunity to release current worries and concerns regarding pregnancy, childbirth and motherhood. EFT often works where nothing else will. If the issue is particularly deep or stubborn, there will be an opportunity to discuss with Sarah how you can move forward.
