Bach flowers remedies are amazing little bottles, made from flowers that can help animals as well as humans. Rescue Remedy is great for those pets afraid of fireworks.  The pet version is alcohol-free and it is suitable for use on pets of all shapes and sizes.
Simply put 4 drops in their food or water bowl, put a couple of drops on a treat or rub a drop into their ears, paws or nose as will it be absorbed through their skin.  It can also be given direct into their mouth, Bessie is quite happy to lick the drops off my hand and if she sees me coming with a bottle, happily trots over because she loves the taste.
Start using it now and in the upcoming days before bonfire night. It’s also great for those pets who hate visits to the vets.  And don’t forget New Years Eve if there’s likely to be fireworks in the celebrations.

Rescue Remedy contains water and glycerine along with 5 of the 38 Bach Flower Remedies
Star of Bethlehem – which helps animals that have experienced abuse, trauma and shock, whether experienced recently or in the past. Helps the animal let go of the trauma and enjoy life.
Rock Rose – For situations in which the animal experiences panic or terror such as an accident, going to the vet, thunderstorm or fireworks.
Cherry Plum – Helps animals who seem to have lost control of their actions such as constant barking, scratching or licking.
Impatiens – Helps those animals who are impatient and can’t wait for for their meal or going for a walk.
