Hello!  Do you ever suffer with cravings for a particular food?  You know the feeling – you just have to have that bar of chocolate right now! Or that glass of wine, or that bag of nachos or some pizza or some cheese or….

Come on – own up – I can’t be the only one who stands in the kitchen and thinks “if I don’t eat some chocolate right this very minute I may have to kill someone!!!)”
